Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PupPattern website (puppattern.com), the free PupPattern puppy potty schedule, and the paid digital programme The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset (together, the "Service"). PupPattern is a trading brand operated by PLAIN MAGIC (PTY) LTD, a private company registered in South Africa under company registration number 2026/624815/07 ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with PLAIN MAGIC (PTY) LTD, trading as PupPattern. By using the Service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or guardian.

PupPattern provides digital puppy-training resources: a free personalised puppy potty schedule generated from the answers you give about your puppy, educational content, and paid digital products. The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset is a seven-day digital programme containing practical daily guidance, routine-building structure, accident troubleshooting and "Pattern Clues".

The free schedule suggests potty opportunities and moments worth watching — it does not predict what your puppy will do. All content is educational and general in nature.

The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset is sold for a one-time payment of $14 USD. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, and you will not be billed again unless a future product explicitly states otherwise at checkout. Digital access is delivered electronically immediately after successful payment, with access to your download provided for a limited period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle processes your payment; PupPattern does not directly store your full payment card details.

PupPattern retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the schedule logic, The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset, all text, design and branding. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased resources for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, redistribute, resell, share, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the purchased resources or any part of them, and you must not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any technical limits of the Service.

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it for any unlawful purpose; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual-property rights; interfering with the security or operation of the Service (including introducing malware, probing or scraping); or providing false information. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

Puppies learn at their own pace. We do not guarantee that any puppy will be completely potty trained within seven days, or any other specific training outcome, timeline or behaviour. Results depend on your puppy, your consistency and your circumstances. This tool provides general puppy-training information and is not veterinary advice. Sudden, persistent or concerning changes in urination, bowel habits, thirst or behaviour should be discussed with a veterinarian.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refund requests are handled in line with our Refund Policy. You may request a refund for The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle — you can request one at paddle.net or by contacting us at hello@puppattern.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
