This policy covers puppattern.com. PupPattern is a trading brand operated by PLAIN MAGIC (PTY) LTD, a private company registered in South Africa under company registration number 2026/624815/07 ("we", "us"). PLAIN MAGIC (PTY) LTD, trading as PupPattern, is the data controller for the personal information described below. You can contact us at any time at hello@puppattern.com.

Free schedule builder: when you build a schedule we collect your puppy's name, age and routine answers (such as feeding, waking and activity patterns) so we can personalise the schedule.

Email address: if you choose to have your schedule sent to you, we collect your email address. It is also used for purchase delivery if you buy The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset.

Purchase information: when you buy, we record the purchase status and your email so we can deliver the product. Payment itself is handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. PupPattern does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

Usage and analytics: we record basic website analytics and funnel events (such as page views and funnel steps) and marketing attribution (UTM) parameters so we know which campaigns are useful and can improve the product. We also use an advertising measurement pixel (Meta) on some pages.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

• To generate and, if you ask, email your personalised puppy potty schedule.
• To deliver purchases and provide access to your digital product.
• To send transactional emails (such as your welcome email and product delivery) and, where you have opted in, a short series of helpful follow-up emails.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To understand website usage and improve the product.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract (delivering your schedule or purchase), legitimate interests (product improvement, security), consent (optional marketing emails) and legal obligation (records required by law).

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops the marketing series immediately. Unsubscribing does not affect essential transactional emails such as purchase delivery. If you purchase The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset, you are automatically removed from the marketing series for that product.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site operation (for example, keeping the site secure) and for analytics and advertising measurement (including the Meta pixel and UTM attribution). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run PupPattern:

• Paddle (Merchant of Record) — to process payment, manage your order, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Hosting, database and email-sending providers — to operate the website and deliver your emails.
• Analytics and advertising partners — limited usage data for measurement, as described above.
• Professional advisers or authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service, deliver your purchases and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent (for marketing emails) at any time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
