A digital product

The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset is a digital programme delivered electronically. After a successful one-time payment of $14 USD you receive digital access to the complete programme — there is no physical shipment and no recurring charge.

30-day refund request period

You may request a refund for The 7-Day Puppy Potty Reset within 30 days of your purchase date. Because this is a digitally delivered product, simply contact us at hello@puppattern.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about your request.

We review each request fairly and handle refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law and the requirements of our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. You can also request a refund directly at paddle.net.

Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.

Purchase or access problems

If your payment succeeded but you didn't receive your access email, or your download link isn't working, contact us at hello@puppattern.com and we'll restore your access promptly — you won't lose a purchase you've paid for.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply to you by law. Where applicable law gives you additional rights regarding digital purchases, those rights remain in full.
